Its not like so perfect, but I think
If you really believe on it ,
It will help you out~
So here is it ,,

The first one,
"Every decision you make, "EVERY DECISION" , is not a decision about what to do. It's a Decision about Who You Are ."

[Think of it, it's really make sense]

The second one,
"Any feedback , "NEGATIVE or POSITIVE feedback" , is better than No feedback"

[Think of it, you get something better than nothing right? So everything we do , at least must try. Even though the result are Negative because we at least got something. I.e. experience , result , memories.]

The third one,
"A true leader never uses the word ' they ' to refer the senior official in the company or other places. BECAUSE a true leader uses and says the word ' WE '.

[Think of it, that is so true that we shouldn't complain or blame other people in our group of friends or whatever thing it is. If you want to, you must at least Include you inside so that YOU and them will become better.]

"Management is doing the things right, but Leadership is doing the right things."

[Think of it, you are the management or the leadership.. So yeah, be the leadership and do the right things instead of doing things right which mistake will happen]
